Smart Fleet Solutions CEO Theo Kortland explains:  “We will only recommence our operations when it is safe to do so, as the wellbeing of all our people is our top priority; nothing could be more important. We are reopening on a phased return basis which is accompanied by new working procedures to keep everyone safe. We have also introduced similar measures for visitor to our sites.”


We have introduced a series of Covid-19 measures to keep everyone safe and these are being reviewed regularly:

  • Social distancing measures in place across sites including floor markings and screens
  • Contactless arrivals and despatch
  • Sanitising of cars on arrival
  • PPE equipment available where appropriate
  • Staggered breaks
  • Increased availability of hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and handwash
  • Enhanced cleaning of sites and offices
