As a dynamic and innovative company which partners with the major fleet operators, rental companies and manufacturers, we are proud to be expanding our workforce. Today we have launched
the first in a series of job fair roadshows to showcase our expertise with traditional petrol and diesel cars, the new generation of hybrid and electric vehicles and wheelchair accessible cars to vans.
Our virtual reality paint spraying machine proved a great draw for visitors to the Stoke on Trent job fair and as a result we have seen a notable increase in the number of applications for our current vacancies.
We don’t just offer jobs, but also careers with opportunities for promotion and progression. We invest in our people at all stages of their working lives, from apprenticeships and trainee programmes to refresher courses and training on the latest repair techniques for skilled technicians as part of our commitment to continual professional development.
We also help our people develop their management and coaching skills too, to ensure we have well managed and highly motivated teams working as efficiently and effectively as possible on behalf of our customers. Our people also benefit from market-leading working conditions, including a strong emphasis on health and safety.
Our success is based on a number of important factors including our continual investment in cutting-edge technology, from the bespoke hand-held systems used by our vehicle inspectors to the latest repair and paint technology.
We are continually investing in our network of state-of-the-art technical centres based in Wiltshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Scotland, all of which are equipped with everything from purpose-built inspection tunnels to digital imaging turntables.
But it’s not just about technology. We are continually investing in our people too. We either employ the industry’s most skilled technicians or train our people to be the very best in the business through our Smart Fleet Solutions Academy, developed in partnership with industry leaders Martec Training and the Morelli Group. Together we are developing the next generation of the UK’s most highly skilled technicians.
