SMART FLEET SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES HUMAN RESOURCES APPOINTMENTS AS BUSINESS FORGES AHEAD WITH GROWTH PLANS

Automotive supply specialists Smart Fleet Solutions has expanded its Human Resources team to best service the business’ rapid growth.

The business, which has announced the launch of a new HQ and the acquisition of a new Technical Centre in Scotland to add to its five existing sites in the past month, has promoted Sue Bennett, formerly head of HR, to HR Director, and appointed her to the board as it continues its growth programme.

SFS has also made two new appointments, reporting to Sue; Recruitment Partner Lindsey Heath and Training Partner Simon Osborne. Two further employees, Alana Rowland and Mike Rduch have been promoted to become HR Business Partners.

Sue said: “The past year has seen Smart Fleet Solutions undergo massive growth, recruiting new staff across the business, acquiring and launching new technical centres and most recently investing in a new national headquarters to relocate centralized services and better service the business.

“It’s been a very exciting time and this restructure is the culmination of months of hard work in helping to expand and develop the business. We are proud of how far Smart Fleet Solutions has come in the past 12 months and particularly of the excellent reputation we have established and maintained within that time.

“We have ambitious plans to continue the expansion of the business and are looking to recruit at all levels to ensure we can.

The business, which is part of Greenhous Group (Holdings) Ltd, currently employs more than 400 people across the UK. Most recently expanding into Livingston and announcing the launch of a new HQ in Holmes Chapel.
