Vehicle SMART Repairer / Specialist repairer

Salary Banding:  £11-£12 per hour + team related bonus scheme based on efficiency and targets  

Location:  Long Bennington

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent  

Hours:  Monday-Friday 45 hours per week

About the role:

Working in our specialised Smart repair team, your duties will include the following: 

  • SMART Paint Repair
  • Wheel Repair
  • Interior Repair 
  • Headlamp Repair 
  • Plastic Repair 

About you:  

Choosing the right person is important to us as we continue to grow our family of now over 500 employees. To ensure we choose the right candidate for the role, we are looking for someone:    

  • With a minimum of 2 years of SMART repair experience  
  • A good and thorough understanding of vehicle refurbishment repair process  
  • Who can work well within a team and on their own initiative  
  • Able to use specialist equipment 
  • With a keen eye for detail, quality and who takes pride in their work  
  • With a flexible attitude to working hours and overtime
  • With an ATA /NVQ certification, however this is not essential  
  • Capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion unsupervised and in a professional and timely manner.
